Shipping Policy

At Peninsula Red Hill Food Co, we take great care to ensure your order is packed beautifully and arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery Service

  • Orders are shipped Australia wide with Couriers Please, Startrack or Australia Post.  

  • For Mornington Peninsula, we may deliver ourselves to ensure quicker delivery. 

  • Due to the artisan nature of our products and small batch production, some items may need to be made fresh to complete your order. This may add up to 2 extra days to your dispatch time.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please include this in the “special instructions” box at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or on Victorian or national public holidays.

  • To protect chocolates in warmer months, we may hold shipments during periods of extreme heat to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

  • We recommend checking your address carefully before placing your order and placing orders early during busy periods.

Delivery Fees

  • Australia wide flat rate: $10 per order. Orders over $99 is shipped free of charge

Loss & Damage

  • Once goods are dispatched, all risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will make every effort to trace the parcel or send a replacement.

  • Please note, while we pack every order with care, due to the fragile and perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept liability for damage caused by courier handling, delays, or exposure to heat.

Returns & Refunds

As our nuts and treats are perishable goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where an incorrect order has been dispatched.
